This is my first interview. as i've just reached 16 a few months ago.

Not sure how it is as most you get a reply soon after with the details?

 

Well it's quite normal for first timers to feel the pressure while many questions run through your mind. Best thing for you is to relax, give it your best shot and prove them why you're qualified for the said job! Don't worry about it too much.

I got there and it ended up being a supervisor's job

How is a 16 year old suppose to get a supervisor's job!

 

WOAH! Congratulations lad! I'm quite impressed and the ones who interviewed you are most likely impressed with you as well for them to give you a supervisory role.
