I found out he was outsourcing the work and that's why for very little things like editing a button would take 48 hours. Well i still need someone to do this work and future work. There will be lots of updates and new features being added to the site and i have other sites so you will basically become my full time designer If you are interested please PM me you portfolio and i will get back to you with my MSN so we can discuss it further. EDIT: Also, i just wanted to add that i am not a designer but i know exactly what i want. Ive got a simple .jpg that i made in paint which shows the design i want and details everything that needs to be done.
