I am looking for a designer to create an outstanding design for a PTC website. This design will require skill in design as well as requiring being well versed in PHP and HTML. You will need Photoshop knowledge(expert) for this. This job will pay well and is very specific. Designer must be able to follow directions as well as be creative when need be and asked.
