Hello Experts, Job consultants earn at least 1 months salary of the employee getting hired per job, so for IT employees it could be anything between $500-$5000 on average I was thinking of why there is no job affiliate network, where companies can post their current requirements, the webmasters can show latest job feeds from this job affiliate network. When a potential employee click on the link and upload resume , it will be considered as first level lead (anything between $1-$5 can be paid) , when employee attends an interview it can be considered as 2nd level lead ($5-$20) can be paid If an employee gets a job (anything like $100-$1000) may be paid What the job consultants do is spam newsgroups, forums, their own email database every time , they get to know of a job available, few employees respond, some of them get the job, and he gets the full money

I did not find any, they just pays maximum 50 cents per person who registers in their website But only the job consultants makes big buck
There was on affiliate program advertising here on DP which was paying $1 per lead.. i forgot which was that i think employment911 or kind of that.. you can search at shareasale.com or CJ i m sure you'll find one
