    Well, my advise is to stay away from traffic bots.
    What use is that traffic anyway?
    They cant buy anything from you, cant click on adsense ads.

    But maybe you have something else in mind.
    People here could advise you better if you could share a little more details
    about what you want to do with that traffic.
    How do you intend to use it?

    Well, Like other's have already said that stay away from those traffic bots they usually generates a high number of traffic but the downside is they are considered as spamming and isn't going to yield any conversion and I think we all are fighting for conversion rather than traffic !! :p

    There are many Traffic exchange programs that can help you generate traffic to your website. I recommend Hitleap, EasyHits4U, Traffboost.
