The position in which the corrugated board is humidified can be adjusted according to changes in board width and crease number. The humidity and size of the vapor particles can also be modified. The humidification machine control system works in tandem with the corrugated board production line i.e. the machine starts to humidify boards when the production line is running and vice versa. This machine runs smoothly, is durable and has a low fault rate. Safe and reliable, it eliminates the damage caused when the corrugated board creases and bends, and prevents the board from becoming misshapen. In all, it reduces costs, improves quality, and increases economic efficiency through humidifying the whole corrugated board.
