http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast/08/23/kidnapped.journalists/index.html "The previously unknown Holy Jihad Brigades claimed responsibility in the leaflet for the August 14 kidnapping in Gaza of reporter Steve Centanni, 60, and cameraman Olaf Wiig, 36. They appeared on the video, which was aired by Ramattan News Agency, and said they were being treated well and were in good health." They want us to release all Muslims in American prisons, or they likely will kill these two journalists and maybe even launch more attacks against us. We don't arrest people for being Muslim. We arrest people if they are a threat. These "Muslims" that they want released are obviously fellow terrorist buddies. Later in the article, "the United States will not negotiate with terrorists." They cannot be trusted. So who's the real terrorists here?
You've gotta watch the news more. This is a pretty old story. Fox let's entire days go by without even mentioning their own reporters being kidnapped but they've got that Natalie (Aruba murder) and Jon Benet coevered!
Old? "Thursday, August 24, 2006; Posted: 12:37 a.m. EDT (04:37 GMT)" This story was published yesterday.
What George doesn't want you to know is, Fox has been intentionally keeping this incident quiet for a reason. They are trying to deal with it behind the scene and more importantly, with so many different anchors/segments to the show, not letting them cover it because emotions from so many different anchors can spark the wrong comment and jeopardize the reporter's lives. When it was covered, as it was yesterday, they are very careful about what they say so as not to incite the easily incitable into taking their lives. After all, Fox knows and understands our enemies well and what they are capable of. Apparently George doesn't realize this and instead thinks it's a rovian conspiracy
Why surprise and on what?? Bloody cowardness of terrorists are well known now..so something like this doesnt surprise me anymore..
I know we don't negotiate with terrorists, but perhaps we could give them something in return. How about a college education and plenty of quietness in, oh I don't know, say Montana?
Yes, Fox News (I watched the update in reference, live), and other coverage. http://michellemalkin.com/archives/005730.htm John Moody issued a statement about not covering the incident, it was on Drudge Report as a "flash".
No where in the link provided at the thread start or the link you provided in your last post there is there any coroberation to your claims.
That's because you are blind. Two points: one, the memo from Moody, two, watching Fox news. But, I see what you take issue with. The act of the kidnapping doesn't seem to bother you in the least bit. You've taken issue with everything else, but... Why is that not a surpise?
Good question. Why would he take issue with me, instead of the kidnapping? For that matter, why would you? Interesting observations.
