    I'm not sure I agree it's expensive. I don't know that it's that common to be able to start a website with 300+ original posts, 400+ indexed google pages on $75.

    I appreciate the only thing that many buyers care about is traffic and revenue and in that case to them the site is worth $10; but let's face it, all you can get for $10 is a domain name. I'm selling a complete website and think $75 is pretty much giving the site away.
