JERLENE - I want my MONEY BACK.

I hope one day you fall in the same problem CashinX (ofcourse when you become a reputable member on DP) and one day someone comes along destroying your reputation for 150 dollars(That you know you are going to get)... it's disgusting.... This thread should be deleted.

She's a good member, so I'm sure she'll come good with your money. I remember telling you that $50 commission was a bit excessive - will you not let her pay back only the $125?

No mean to insult you or anything, as i am sure you're going to pay him back as you promised, which i said on my first post - BUT.

BUT that's what happens most of the time when people ask loans and can't pay back. First thing, you MUST know that you can pay back 100% on the date you promised. Stating that the money isn't under your control, and someone is supposed to pay you, and you thought he'd pay you but he didn't - That's not guaranteeing that you can pay the one who gave you the money, on time.
If you are in such a situation, either notify the person who's lending you the money that you are conducting business with a 3rd party, and it does not entirely up to you whether he will get the money on time or not.
Sending one email is not the way to update the person, either. He felt like he was ignored and being being taken advantage of.
