I haven't set the site up to make a ton of money and just in the last few days added Google Adsence, Though with the traffic im sure good money could be made. If sold would include all rights to any work as well as the wordpress themes that are on the site. Just had a baby so i don't have the time to really maintain the amount of site i have and really would like to sale this one since it takes up most of my time.
