Site was a computer site then i turned it into my personal website. I have open up a few more websites including an all new website for myself so i really dont need this one anymore. Alexa rank was a lot better but has went up over the last few weeks due to me not posting much anymore. Jerico Systems is a very brandable name. Alexa is 280k at the moment so traffic is pretty good.

Revenue i am sure would be much better if someone monetized the site right. The site gets the traffic to make money i just never fooled with ads much since i dont like ads on my blogs.

What was your point in asking 500$ at the first place? 10$ a month and you want 50 times the monthly revenue as the starting bid? Do you realize that it would take around 5 years for the person buying the site to get back the investment alone? Imagine your BIN 1500$ (more than 10 years to get the investment back!!!)

I agree that the site belongs to you and you can decide the value. But if you really want to make a sale please be more sensible.

You could start asking from 60$ and in my opinion your site BIN must be around 125-175$. Maximum around 200$. (Still more than a year to get back the investment).

No offense, but I am just helping you make a sale.

Now your blog is not focused on a particular niche. Its too wide. So adsense monetization is not much of an option either

Some of your reasoning here is a bit off. First off you say that one of my posts is a repost from another place and that meant that i should have listed all my content as not original. Why? if one post can mean to you that all my content should be placed in a copied category..then why cant a site full of original content mean that it cant be placed in a original content category? Your letting one post decide the entire site for you and sorry but thats just not right.

5 years to get the investment back? how do you figure? im sure that who ever buys the site will want to get on the site and fix it up for there own use which means if they want to make money then they will set the site up for money which should be easy with the amount of viewers it gets. I do not care about making money from adsence since all my money comes from VastHTML.Com. Once again your not using good logic here. The site has the visitor count to make great money and 90% of the traffic comes from myspace code and hack searches so there is a niche to the site. You just never bothered to look up any info. A user can make back the investment ever hoe soon or long he/she wants to make it up.

If this is your idea on buying and selling websites... ill do without your opinions thanks.

PS. The ten commandments post is actually a quote from a comedian so it doesnt belong to any site. So you cant really say its not original becouse its on other sites.
