I am selling http://www.JensonButtonFans.com, it is a few months old and has proved quite a little money maker, its traffic is quite good but the best thing about it is that the traffic is sustainable... no peaks no dips, just constant traffic that can be built upon.

You will get the main site, a blog, with a great design and some adsense integration... over the 3 months the site has made around $30, which isnt to bad around $10 per month which can easily built upon by doing such things as integrating adverts into the forum etc.

You will also get the forum which again has been customised (running phpBB) and is looking great. With a little promotion and perhaps some forum boosters to get discussion going it could prove to be very popular.

The site has no PR due to its young age, again it can be developed upon by purchasing some links, linking up with other Jenson Button fansites etc.
