    Although they are one of the best directories and they sometimes send good nesletters I agree on the fact that they send TOO MANY emails.
    I hate it when they send that one called 'Internet Seer' telling you that your site got no visits at all. hehe! HIDEOUS!!

    To be honest, the reason that they have such a high-trafficked site with high visibility, is the same reason why you don't like them (spammy newsletters and confirmations). So if you're willing to submit sites to them and get links from them because of their high visibility, you have to also acknowledge that you are supporting their methods of attaining that high visibility.

    I just put the emails in spam folder and move on ...
