    Ha ha, yes, he's correct. Once you express a strong interest in a domain, guess what? The owner of the domain knows you really want it, and will hold out for big bucks! Sorry to say, but that's how business works.

    Yeah that's true. But I'm talking about this case. He just came out looking for the domain owner and just said he really wants the domain! So if the domain owner sees this thread, well, if he's smart he's not just going to take any first offer!

    Javen.com is owned by a well known domainer Mike Berkens "MostWantedDomains"...

    The OP is way outta of his league and is clueless to this market and anything to do with it... just saying... ;)
