    I need a simple JavaScript code that does just that. (without the mouseover parallax effect, just the sea effect)

    Requirements:
    It should be vanilla Js; should not use any external lib. ex: jQuery
    It should be less than 300kb.


    You can choose any sea image you want to illustrate the example.
