Javascript script help!

    On Paypal's website, they have a script that when you hover over a link a bubble comes up and I believe the javascript it called 'autoTooltips.js' - however, I have been incapable of finding the javascript anywhere and would like to use that or similar on my upcoming project release. Anyone know where I can find that script or a script similar to it?
