I am looking for someone to program a script for me to do my text links on my different websites remotely. I have been told that it can be done in javascript. I have several web sites and it takes time to go to each one and update my text links individually. I can show you examples of what I want done and let me know if you can do it for me.

Yes, you can dynamically generate the links on client-side through javascript like what kontera does. But the links won't be regular links that can be followed by search engines (and other bots). You're gonna have to generate the links on the server-side if you want them to become normal (SEO friendly) links. It can still be centralized if that's your concern.
