Javascript Port

Just wondering if it would be possible to include some Javascript code into html files (I don't have the necessary access levels to do the normal HTML tricks to get it working) that pulls the ads from an external php file which on its turn gets it from the ad_network.php?

That would still be dynamic for each and every request.

    1) Could it work like this theoretically?
    2) Is it allowed?
    3) Any Javascript experts know how to do it (if 1 & 2 = Yes)?
