Can google crawl a link like this, or does the onclick to open in a new window confuse them? <a href="http://www.mysite.com" onclick="javascript:window.open(this.href);return false;">My Site</a>
As far as you are providing url in "href" and not adding the "nofollow" attribute, SEs will crawl it. In this case Google will crawl it.
I am wondering because I picked up a PR3 link with that in it. It has been three weeks and neither yahoo site explorer nor google webmasters tools is showing the link.
