    if u mean js in general, no it won't affect it (otherwise 99% of sites would be affected). if u mean js sneaky cloaks and redirects, then that might raise suspicion by the googlebot (i believe it can detect that now).

    That's going to depend on how you're using the Javascript. How are you using it? What are you doing with it?

    Right, but what are you doing with the Javascript? Are you redirecting with it? Creating links with it? Creating a drop down with it? It's all going to come down to the function of the script.

    yep, if your script acts as a doorway to other pages or something like that then it will be a bad impression to SE's
