javascript + long code. bad?

    I'm a bit concerned my pagesizes are too big.

    80kb.

    I also have a lot of javascript in my <head> section. do you think my page is seo optimized? any suggestions?

    80KB is not that bad, I would not worry about it.

    JavaScript are known to cause problem in crawling. You can move the JavaScript to an external file.
