    Hello, everyone. This is my first time to Digital Point. I have a problem.

    Our website has a Live Chat button in the left. It is a javascript link.
    <div id="livechat">
        <a rel="nofollow" href="javascript:livechatOpen();"><span>Live Chat</span></a>
    </div>
    HTML:
    The LiveChat page is Chat.xxxx.com/chat.php(GA code is added).

    In the Google Analytics direct traffic report, the Live Chat page has big page views, that only less than the home page.

    Also we can't analysis the goals, because direct traffic.

    So how can i track the Live Chat real traffic type? Organic? paid?
