    Can anyone tell me is google read JavaScript and flash files?

    2) What are the parameters to keep in mind when we optimize a website?

    crawler has ignore JavaScript and flash files, you keep in mind more worth relevant back link is only one option for keyword or keyword phrase ranking.

    Google will ignore javascript and flash. But you can learn how to optimize for flash to friendly with google -> SEO for Flash
