Javascript expert needed to re-code pop-up button/POPUP.

Hello,


First i'm seeking a Javascript expert coder to create & re-code a PHP code on my website (Private source & CMS) the same button with pop-up and social share functionality as seen on http://www.justuno.com/ for Social Share.


This is a button that, but i need to make this button center on the main context which will prevent visitor to view the website till he clicked that
"share" via Facebook like, Google +Plus, or Twitter Tweet and in return the user with a pop-up for another website and open the currently visit website context, but only after they share.


This i can pay for it $30.


The second part of this job code is to enable/open a POPUP on each article on the website, hence any visitor click on the website news/and/or Logo of the website to open that POPUP.


This i can pay for it $15.


Please note that i need an expert to do that, not any PHP programmer.
