I would like to clone the following call to action on this pinterest page: https://www.pinterest.com/deniseembry/craft-crazy/ When LOGGED OUT.... there is a scrolling call to action.. You do not see it until you start to scroll down. When you scroll you will see a quarter Call to Action modal then half screen to full screen once you scroll down a percentage of the screen. When you select "continue" you are show a full screen modal for registration. The modal to clone is the following: "They used Pinterest to DO X Join Pinterest to discover all the things that inspire you." The deliverables are simple html page with javascript files with a sample web page (responsive bootstrap if possible) with a simple scrolling modal clone the pinterest behaviour.
