Javascript buttons to CSS for $15

    If you go to www.toolsandtemplates.com you'll see a horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page just below the log.

    Links are HOME, PRODUCTS, ADVICE, RESOURCES, FORUM, FAQ and CONTACT. I currently use javascript to make the buttons change color when they are moused over.

    Looking for someone to make this menu CSS based for $15 via PayPal. Naturally, images are available on the site and I want "no flicker" and cross browser compatibility.
