    Are you asking for an advertisers site, where you can advertise with your javascript code, rather than a link?

    If so, I know clicksor USED to do this, not sure if they still do.

    I guess you would have to ask site owners on here if they will accept your banner ad for advertising. You could also try places like casalemedia, valueclickmedia, etc.
