w3school is best place for learning even my lot of friends have got knowledge from this site and now became a good web designer....

 

also download some tut from warez sites

 

w3schools is good, but, a good practice is first google your question, then select the most appropriate result you get. w3schools gives you manual instructions, if you're looking for something more personal - google.

 

I learn all about html ,php and css coding in w3school.com.you visit and learn more with good examples.
