    Seeking java or .net programmer
    The project is simple and budget low

    I need a software which does the following :
    1) Able to stay in the system tray & option to open on computer start
    2) Reads from a given file with the following format :
    website1:link1
    website2:link2
    etc1:etc2
    3) Uses a regular expression
    That's all
    Explaining more to those who pm

    Payment : I will pay a rate of 10$ per hour for this max 4 hours project

    it took me 1 hour and half to complete and it works nice
    I'm myself a programmer and want this tool to give away for free so no need anymore
