Hi, The server is new and thus we don't have a lot of proof, we normally don't need proof for a 100% Uptime SLA(Service Level Agreement), read about SLA's here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Service_level_agreement The servers are located at the: Liquidweb Datacenter in Michigan ! http://www.liquidweb.com/ Our Main server only has a 99.9% SLA Uptime as it is maintained at a different Datacenter !
