Just watching this on news that they are thinking about making nuclear weapons also. They sure know how but what do you think is this wise ? Well I say let them. I say let them all have nuclear weapons
It is what happens when the Regional balance becomes uneven, but maybe it is verbal rhetoric only on behalf of Japan Lets see with NK whats next
I do not think that regional balance is now uneven. At this very moment Japan has huge advantage in military resources than N. Korea. Afterall Japan can shoot down anything that comes even close to them.....
Uneven in respect to nuclear as seen by virtue as a political balance for the B/S that they cross fire at each other
how are we so sure that japan doesn't already have nuclear weapons? they certainly have the technology to easily develop a nuke.
I am really against N. Korea to have weapons because someone there just might be crazy enough to use it and even on their own people when they start to get angry because of shorage of everything but I don't understang the hypocrisy of some countries which did nuclear tests 9 years ago Why can France make nuclear tests and others cannot ?
I am sure they can develop weapons in no time but also there is posibility that USA has some nuclear installations there already...
Excellant Let them have it. American govt. Does not have any F*****g right to control other countries.
It is not about American government ... It is also China, Russia, France and Great Britain which all by the 1970 treaty have the right to have nuclear weapons. All the others don't have that right
It's just that some states, like the US are generally perceived to be more responsible & discerning than say... a country that runs itself according to Sharia "law". No problems with Japan though
i would be more scared of japan having nuclear weapons that north korean. but i think that if america etc can have them then so can everyone else, i bet george bush is sulking because he's becoming less and less of a bully by the day!
NPT no longer makes sense - every country today wants to go Nuclear. Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, Iran are some of the countries who may soon be enriching Uranium. Russia may build a nuclear plant for Indonesia. Source It is just a matter of time before the technology passes on to some irresponsible world leader.
Shouldn't those who want get it? Yes, ready made from above, a demonstration right in front of their nose to get the feelings in what it means, best of all, for free. Samples should be allowed, don't you think so? All these stupid longing for WMD is outrageuos, especially when one thinks about north korea, nothing to eat but want everything to kill. The same applies to Iran an others.
Arnie I am not so sure that N. Korea really wants to kill everyone ... this is hard statement since they didn't attack or kill no one in 50 years unlike some other countries I would arm myself too if I had 100 armed enemy soldiers around my village you know .... If everyone steps down a little I am sure N. Korea would not even continue with that n. weapon thing but they feel the pressure from Japan and Us having all those warships around N. Korea..... it is different perspective you have to look
It's about a few freaks living in fear because of their ego and out of this fear and ego they are starving to death millions of people to satisfy their perverd character - the same applies for iran and others. These freaks are creating an environemnt of tension, so that nothing can't be achieved without their ego. It's all about tricks of a few. if north korea gets nuked nobody can be blamed to have killed people (how to kill dead people?) Do you honsetly think that the leadership is concerned about the wellfare of its people there, and iran or elsewhere?
North Korea has take wrong step and it has made region imbalance now japan must try to develop more than nuclear weapons to counter nuclear weapson. And if they decide it will bring new generation of unthinkable destructive weapons. It will also start new race inside china. I don't know where this world is going.
