This guy apparently has said that he warned people via the Internet of what he was going to do right up to the moment he started. This guy needs serious help!!!!! Very sad for the people who lost someone because of this
Best possible which could be done with him is that tie him with a tank and a bang... thats it... Then he will realize what is the meaning of death..
at least he dint use a gun, more casualties or dead.a bad thing is that people like that shouldn't be let lose
