January check didn't arrive

    Hi I have always receive my check on time but this time I did not get my January check issued january 26. I have already request a reissue on 26 February but it's the 10th now and it hasn't been credited to my account. How long is the process usually?

    it take about 4 or 5 days ! but the ckeck might take a month

    ok seems it was credited already. that's fast within 15 days.
