Jamit Jobboard Template

    I need to have a new template created for a Jamit jobboard script. But I do not know what I need to look out for (avoid) or what I should look for.

    Basically, any tips on what are important issues to address with any potential designer would be so helpful.

    hi,
    i have installed the Jamit plugin: HeadShot.
    i have make ON the Jamit config for plugin.

    the HeadShot already appeared on the frontpage,
    but the photo files permission in folder /HeadShot always changed to 1232, actually we need 666 or 777 to be able to displayed on frontpage.

    i have tried to manually changed its file CHMOD, but automatically changed back again to 1232. so the photo cannot appear on frontpage,

    which php changes that permission? for the time being i changed the file access from /HeadShot to /thumbnail

    can help?
