James Brown dead at the young age of 73

He was admitted to a hospital in atlanta yesterday (24th) where he had severe pneumonia. He died today (25th) 1:45am

It's a shame for him and his family especially on christmas day. It's always sad to see someone pass on even if you weren't big fans of their work.

I heard about this early this morning and I have to tell you how badly this makes me feel. I’m not old enough to have seen him during his heydays but from watching tapes from then, it’s obvious that many great contemporary dancers had been more then simply influenced by this true legend of American entertainment. God bless him, he will be missed.

Found out yesterday. Funny thing is, I thought he already passed away a long time ago. Meh.

 

He was a great singer a legend..GAH!!
