    I see that you are new to this... It doesn't whorts anything right now because:

    1) registered at 20099 - its good age
    1 year old is NOT a good age, i'd say at least 5 years of never dropped register is needed to add value.
    2) .com - its very nice
    This is the only true point :)
    3) good name for type and for SEO
    It's a brandeable name but the name itself it doesn't adds value because of SEO.
    4) over 10 live backlinks
    10 backlinks is NOTHING, a small website has at least hundreds.

    So the worth of it is $0, work in it is my suggestion.
