I am an SEO Engineer, past 6 months we are doing SEO for Jain Housing keyword. But still we didn’t achieve the target. Some people wantedly posting the negative reviews on Jain Housing. From our side we tried more than enough to increase the ranking on Google. But it is not working well. Can anybody provide me some SEO tips and techniques to increase ranking in Google and Alexa for the keyword Jain Housing. It’s my request friends. Suggest me if possible.

These would be decent links, but unfortunately I looked at these two pages: http://jainhousinginseliipark.blogspot.in/2012/10/towering-above-rest-in-luxury-and.html http://jaininselipark.wordpress.com/2012/10/11/jain-housing-inseli-park/ and I don't see an actual link back to your website on there anywhere. These pages need to have a hyperlink (<a href="http://www.yourwebsitehere.com">) in order to be effective. The idea is to get as many relevant pages as possible linking back to your own website. Another thing with this type of link is that even though they are created on an authority site such as Wordpress.com and Blogger.com, the actual pages that you create have no PageRank, so basically you end up having to build links to these pages as well in order to get any real benefit from them. I recommend searching for and finding some big "niche authority" type backlinks that will give you an almost instant boost in PR and rankings. I would recommend jumping over to this forum https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/link-sales.58/ and find someone with a real estate related website with a decent PR (PR4-PR5) with low OBL (out bound links) and buy a link or two. What this does is it gives you an instant boost of PR and relevance, and could possibly be enough to get your rankings up to where you want them to be. You can also hop over to Warrior Forum and find some decent links there that you can buy as well. Just keep in mind that you shouldn't pay more than $20-$40 for these links. Another thing you could do is do a search on Google for your most competitive keyword and grab some of the websites that are currently ranking on the first page and throw their URLs into Majestic SEO or SEOMOZ Open Site Explorer, examine their best backlinks and determine if you could get a link from that website as well. Many times you will find that these websites that are ranking well are buying the backlinks that are helping them get to the top, so you could simply use this method to reverse-engineer where they are getting their links and get links from those websites as well. The most important thing is to maximize the amount of benefit that you get from every link. That's why I don't bother too much with directories (with the exception of DMOZ, Yahoo and BOTW) or low PR links - it takes way too much time to get them and the benefit that you receive is minimal.
