    Could be worse, he could have been living in the middle east, they will take a hand rather then go through trials, and yes I have seen it done.

    Trust me i know olso people who have been not very lucky but i don't petty them becouse they could make it bether with hard work but instead they don't do nothing ...

    In England you may get off if you have no previous, no prison time but out of pocket more to teach you a lesson and community service, depends though.

    I just called his brother, and he said he found out that he's not in jail!!!!

    He has to have community service or something I would think.
