bad news for me, my friend isn't having a good life so far, it really wasn't ever that good though. He stole from where he works and got caught, and now he is most likely facing jail time. He stole about $3,000.00 from where he works, and somehow got caught.

that depends on where you're from, in some countries he may get a lot of time, in some he may need to do community work only, where is he from?

I don't know what he was thinking, cause no matter what somebody will count the cash, and find a lot missing.

He lives in PA, and is in jail, or going to jail.

Also where would you serve community service for stealing $2,500.00?

Hes got a good 10-20 years. If he was in the UK, he'd get about 4 years.

The risk isnt worth that sorta money... You'd be better off robbing a bank =\

But yeah... that could ammount to serious time..

Hope he gets the best possible outcome anyway - I wouldnt wish prison on anyone for such a crime..

yeah, I was wondering why he didn't rob a bank, he must not have been thinking at all.

How much do you guys think it would cost to bail him out?

also I could care less about the UK, this is the US and nothing will change that.

His brother is a cop, his dad is in the army, and his mom is an EPT working with the ambulance crew. His parents are divorced.

So basically his whole family does the same stuff. His other brother is currently in high school, but he also wants to be a cop. My friend thats in jail, wanted to be a cop too, but he changed his mind a little bit ago, and now there is no way he will get a job as a cop when he gets out of jail, which he will then be about 29-39 years old.

That is half of his life gone down the drain cause 18 to high school, 10-20 to jail.

He was dating my sister, and she broke up with him about 1-2 months ago, and she just started dating my friend in jails friend, which made him really upset. He had money problems, which is why I think my sister broke up with him, they where going to get married in 7 months, but she broke up, and moved on, and now he will move on after about 10-20 years in prison.

I was hoping to play video games with him soon, but that won't be happening now.

None of my friends can afford a computer, so instead of getting my license when I was 16 I just waited, I am 18 now and still no license. I can't wait to get it though. I am going for it next month.

I have 2 gaming computers, used to have 3, but I decided to sell 2 and bought a gaming laptop. I am trying to sell just about everything I own, and then I will upgrade to 2-3 computers again.

I wish if you did something stupid like that, you would only spend 1 year in jail, cause then you would know how much you hate jail, even after a few days you could see.

If you killed somebody, or robbed more then that from a bank, then you do deserve to be in jail for more then 20-60 years depending on which one you did.

I just asked somebody else, and they said my friend could be in jail anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. Now that would be great if it was only about 1 year or less. I just want to play video games again with my friend. Its more fun with him then any of my other friends.

he's not big, but he is a little buffer then I am. He could probably bench about 160lbs.

I just found out he might have got bailed out. I hope he got bailed out, cause then we can play video games again a lot sooner then I thought.
