Jaiku - Where is the source file to download?

I need the exact location from where can i download Jaiku-Twitter like script developed at google code.
I checked them at http://code.google.com/p/jaikuengine/
But i cant get it as a full package its alll in Python files(.py) and i dont know what file to download to get it work.
Can any one help me please !

Thanks mate but am really confused on those python files, no read me
It would be great if it has step by step guide on how to install.
