OVER? you are having a laugh aren't you? According to Matt Cutts it is only starting to roll out today possibly Taken from Matts blog
66.102.9.104 was where Jagger updates were happening... It looks exactly the same as all the others now. It wasn't this morning?
Its weird, though, with some of the sites I see, its almost as if the <title> tag doesn't even matter anymore. Ranking is purely a function of inbound links. Jagger 3 definitely isn't out. I haven't seen a substantial change in listings since this started. Seems like Jagger 1 is still out there; I can't even see Jagger 2, if its public.
Minstrel posted over at the BoG this afternoon that Cutts said beginning today ... don't think it'd be resolved that fast.
yesterday I was seeing really good results in the datacenter 66.102.9.104 for most of my keywords, but besides that the results were better then they were before the jagger thing started. They were quite good and balanced serps. I just checked this datacentre and it seems to be set back. More or less the same as the others. Strange.... I'm really getting tired of this update
I'm showing good results on about 1/2 the dcs and real crappy rankings on others. Been like this for a couple days now.
Yeah I haven't seen anything but wild speculation that Jagger 3 has been seen ANYWHERE yet. All the official word points to it might begin surfacing today, but there is so much hesitancy, I would expect late in the day or not until tomorrow at the earliest.
Last days I've been following the position of one keyword, important spanish keyword, and there a lot of important changes, I think is not over.
My SERPS are moving drastically. I think there is something wrong though, since they are actually getting better due to a google update and not from healing naturally overtime. This is probably just false hope google is giving me, until it unveils Jagger3..
Newtons third law and all that. For every site that goes down ther HAS to be one that goes up to take its place. The only thing is though that people who see a marked rise rarely mention it as they do not want to draw attention to their site as their competitors will then analyse it. Well done if your gains stay.
My site is a good google barometer, SERPS go down after the updates and goes skyrocketing high right before the next update.
I'm seeing some changes too. My "super easy" phrase that I have -purposefullly- on the site because it guarantees a #1 ranking (90 competing sites), is back to #2 when it had been dumped to #17 or so. One of my more difficult phrases moved from #10 back to #6 (from a high of #2) in the current results. The API doesnt show a whole lot of positive movement, and I use that as my overall barometer, but looking at 2-3 terms, I'm happier. Curious. Many of the amazon results seem to be dropping out of the SERPs now. That's unexpected.
I understand matt to say that jagger 3 may start by Friday or this weekend so I guess this may be the beggining.
