Hello.

I have created a new directory website. It is called izDirectory and here is a link to it:

It is brand new so has very few links but I will be doing lots of advertising for it over the next few months and more.

I would be really greatful if you could submit your website :gatorclap:

Just a suggestion — a brand-new, unproven directory is not likely to get many submissions without an entirely free option. Yours requires a reciprocal.

 

So do you think it would be better for me to give an option for non-recip and recip at first and when it gets bigger then remove non-recip?

It doesn't have featured links yet because no-one would want them, but I might ad AdSense soon.

Done, I didn't get the submisison, are you sure it was added (etc. Captcha was correct, reciprocal link was validated).

Sorry I am trying to work out some things with it, the theme was causing a few problems with submission earlier but I was 99% sure I sorted them out.

 

Fixed all problems, there was a problem with the reciprocal error messages, everything is 100% working now.

Yes, I also should say that it is very new so has a PR of 0 but there will be a PR update sometime soon.

It has 3 incoming PR5 links and loads of lower ones (PR 2 etc.) so it should get quite a good PR and boost your websites.

Also some stats, on the second day it was open it got 4200 hits and 360+ unique visits.

If you read more of the posts above I am still looking for advice about Reciprocal links and if I should keep them.

 

Does anyone have any fews on whether I should keep reciprocal links as complusary or should I only make them optional?

 

Personally if you want to get links, there should not be a reciprocal...some sites are not suited for these links. For example my site...it is about crafts, and there is no place to put a reciprocal link.

Seems to have been a rush of submission:

With Reciprocal - 1 or 2 links per hour
Without Reciprocal - 30 to 50 links per hour

Everyone thanks for submitting, even though reciprocal isn't compulsary I would be happy if you could link bach since my directory is very new and needs support

Directory now has an incoming PR6 link and 3 incoming PR5 links.

I am also building loads of lower links. My other website (http://www.computalk.net/) got 1200 PR0 links within 2 weeks, I am doing the same for this directory. It is the PR update soon so should have a good PR.

Now I have removed reciprocal it has been getting far more submissions.
