I need to choose a hosting company between Ixwebhosting.com and hostnine.com I already have a hosting account with other company but they stopped backing up my website. hostnine.com will help me to transfer my big site on their server for free Ixwebhosting.com will require a base fee of 45 USD. I'm really attracted by hostnine.com What would you recommend? Does anyone from here has websites hosted on hostnine.com? Thank you.
I use IX and will not be renewing my plan when it's up. They are better than they used to be. I'm not sure about hostnine but a lot of hosts will transfer your site for free (e.g. hostgator) and infact some will even buy up your old hosting contract if you transfer to them like lunarpages.
I use IX for one of my sites and hostgator for the rest. Personally I think hostgator is far superior to IX and that's the one I would go with, but I have no experience with hostnine.
