IWordpress Help please...

I have a site under Wordpress Platform..
But now my site has an error that i can't solve it. Maybe someone can help me..

Anyone know why it become like that ??
My hostmaster tell me that is caused by memory usage and then i ask to increase my memory, but it can't. If somebody know how to solve this problem without increasing memory, please tell me

Ugh, an 8MB memory cache limit - sounds like my hosting provider.

Try this out for size - I'm using it on my WordPress powered sites with NO problems whatsoever.

I can't go to my wp-admin anymore,

What do you mean you can't get into wp-admin anymore?

 

you should change your hosting provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Just because he can no longer get into wp-admin doesn't mean it's automatically his hosting provider's fault.
