Stuff with servers beyond peoples control occasionally happens. Since we don't know until announced, we wait and see. Should you be pissed off? Yes of course you have reason to be. But thats no reason to go crazy over. If you wanted perfect, you would have built your own perfect server with your own configs and software and shipped it to a datacenter somewhere. thewird
Can anyone else login into the client area over at Iwhic.com? I can't... and my email/password doesn't even exist there anymore. Hopefully there is an announcement soon. You can take action against Iwhic however if you cannot wait any longer : IwhiC promises your account and website will stay online 99%. Although I'll have to admit these kind of hosts tend to have these downtimes, so you can't blame them anyway.

Restoring that amount shouldn't take more than 1 day. You can actually do that quite easily from whm, not even go in shell.
i think there is enough complaints and sharing in here so its time to actually contact IwhiC owner by the email you received at signup or via PM on here? i'm sure he'll answer and tell you the cause. for most hosts more than 5 days downtime is unsual and I believe there will be better explanation and as inFlow pointed out, seems like some data are under moving process.T There may be either hardware difficulties due to them acquiring/setting up server witohut testing for days, to avoid downtime and instantly transferring old data to new server and the non-tested server crashed (could be). To confirm, we need the site users of the already transfered data to say their sites are running. also I believe if not customer's fault, there is a moneyback policy due to failure of providing what was promised. (Not sure about iwhic) but you should check with them beause this has to be eligible or at least you got decent proof to show your payment company this has now also gone as a general chat as well so it should be moved to chat thread IMO.
Just got an email from Iwhic.com. If you are on server2 which is down, let them know. They have server techs restoring accounts currently... Their WHMCS works now so just send them an email.
Damnit scammers! They've ripped me off. I asked for a refund, but they're not giving a refund because I've bought hosting with hostparlor. They closed my account, so I don't have hosting and no money! Go and get your money at hostparlor and pay me back!
you could chargeback... you have reasons to show your credit/bank: 1. old host shut down 2. you do not wish to be hosted under new host 3. you asked refund (none given) so you accepted new host 4. site down for sometime (make screenshot of the thread and all) 5. refund still not issued, referring abck to old host 6. refund request been blamed front and back with 2 hosts, thus dispute
After 5 days of downtime , they asking us to give them our backups to restore them . what kind of fucking company they are
