Ok Guys this is a bst forum not a support forum. putra28~ you have been answered many many times your sites were hosting phishing sites. This is a illegal activity that is not tolerated by us or the data center. I have answered several of your tickets explaining the same thing over and over. I can not risk my server being shut down and all my other clients suffer from this. While we were gone it was your sites that we got abuse complaints from and the server went down, that was one of the reasons for the down time on the server. chandan123 ~ I am not sure how many more times we can answer your tickets when it is the same thing. You went over bw on your vps, you have an out standing invoice we agreed to take 50% off the bill for the overage (even though we are still losing money on it.) There is not two many more ways to explain this, I am sorry you went over I am sorry, i paid my data center for the overage, I have already dropped your invoice from 55.00 to 25.00 for this. bw overages are .50 a gb that is what we get charged at the data center, when we go over. they do not give us a break on the fees. If anyone else has a problem please contact us at our support desk, replying to this thread will only lead to infractions and bans as this is the bst area and no one is buying selling or trading in this thread and the mods will ban all of us for breaking the rules. LxAdmin shows only outgoing bandwidth , from what I have heard. If you are hosting proxies, it would be more than double your outgoing bandwidth. Also, all types of bandwidth may not be covered , ftp, smtp etc. You could ask Jason to provide an MRTG graph of your bandwidth usage. If you go above your alloted bandwidth, you will have to pay the overage charges & yes, they are generally $0.5 per GB. Ishan P.S - Jason, sorry for posting in your thread.
So there you have it, some of the reasons for the downtime are due to the idiots who were hosting illegal websites. Currently my website is down. I'm not angry with iWhic, Jason has been extremely supportive with me over the last few months. Knowing that the tools behind the illegal website were the reason why the account was suspended. I hope Jason drops their hosting with putra28 but business is business i guess.
i would like to recognize my site is going well from the last incident, iwhic hosting explains to me they have it a personal problems and in the same time a client who activities caused some problems with my site, thats all... also i would like to thank you aimee and jason for your support many thanks
Freedom down again. More than 30hours, their support team seems lack. They can't fix it shortly. This is not the first time the had to reinstall os.
From their server status page - http://iwhic.com/whmcs/serverstatus.php All servers seem to be up. But 1 has 0:00 uptime & another's uptime is not available. AFAIK, their servers are managed by CaroNET. Ishan
