    I just ordered hosting from iwhic.com about a week ago. I was pretty frustrated because of the fact that it had only been not even a week when I ordered. I then decided to ask for a refund but then changed my mind and thought I'd give them a chance and since they said it would be back up in a few hours. So I waited and was patient but then what started to get annoying was the fact that they kept saying we will have it back up in few hours, few more hours... Hours turned to days and then when they did get it back up it went down again. So now I'm just sick of it. I'm really a patient person but this is ridiculous. So I asked for refund and I am waiting for a reply back. I've already moved most of my accounts to another host, dediwebspace.com. I know that they didn't mean for this to happen but they could have at least told us an honest answer and say whey they thought it would be up.

    We have finished restoring the core files to a lot of accounts. I will say we have a few that were very scattered and that is what takes so long. These files have to be gone through and errors found and then added or fixed. There is no magic wand.
    If you have requested a refund we will have those completed very soon.
    We are working on these as fast as we can. I have tried so hard to stay in contact with every one and feel bad that I only one person. This issue has been completely over whelming and flat out PAST frustrating.
    Some accounts we have restored completely as they Purchased daily back ups and we were able to retrieve their account faster or they had a back up that we could restore.
    We are working this issue through and will have good news for all accounts very soon.
    We will be dealing with these accounts that are still in fact having problems and hope to get all resolved today.

    Please open a support ticket with any problems or questions for concerns.
    The server is working fine and no errors are happening for 90% off all accounts.
    The server is in in 100% top running speed and the only issue is with certain accounts. Again we are dealing with these.
    I want to stress.
    That as soon as this is cleared up.
    Some changes that will be made to IwhiC.Com
    1) Remote server for daily account back ups.
    We have this now. and have had this for months. we offer this $5.00 per month for 10GB of space. The new server back up prices will be Included free for certain accounts bought and a discounted price for existing clients.
    2) A mirrored system of all accounts on separate server.

    Those 2 things will take down time for a issue like this down to hours and not days.

    99% Of our issues are resolved and refunds will completed in 12 hours. How is your status emopunk? Last I knew you should be in your 40+ day thread catering to your clients that requested refunds 40 days ago... Hows that coming?

    yep, mine too. I was one of the first to complain and the last to say when my site was up, the reason being is because I did not want to rehash this old thread with all the bad press for the seller.

    But I can say that while I was pissed, everything was sorted out and I am no longer pissed and glad that the provider never got angry with his customers.

    My host, surpasshosting.com has only been down once that i can remember since i started with them over a year ago.. and i think they were only down because the building got hit by lightning or something. but, they cost a bit more than $25/month :rolleyes:
