Not to rain on your parade but you admit in the ticket "I believe my site Fasterupload.com was possibly overloading the server" We replied back back to you and said "Hi, the server techs did need to suspend the account kaifong.net for high cpu usage, and I see that that is a sub domain of that account and with the upload down loads sites that you have (which is against our tos ) was causing the high CPU usage" What kind of service is this! A honest one. And you were honest with us. And we were honest right back. Your account has to follow the TOS no matter were you host it.
