it just a prediction...i have exp. before where they predict my PR4 site will be became PR2...but when the real PR update by site is PR5.

 

The tool from iwebtool is only predicting the pagerank on basis of number of links in msn/live and not the quality. I have a website that according to iwebtool will have PR4, but still it is almoist for 3 years a PR7. It's because it has many PR7-8 backlinks to it. I think a better prediction for a new pagerank is Linkstrenght from Linkvendor (domain popularity). It calculates using pagerank of backlinks and not only the quantity of links.

 

Please read the " this tool is for fun only " its no where near perfect but with a little more work could be a leader.
