    thats because they don't have enough backlinks, maybe they are few but excellent backlinks ;)

    It's b'coz less than 100 backlinks but high quality links.

    I had a website with PR5. I was checking with iwebtool PR prediction tool and it was always showing PR5 will be maintained. With the next update, PR5 was decreased to PR4. I wouldn't rely too much on it.
